Q. Do you have minimums?

A. For anything that we have in stock there are no minimums as there are no orders or customers that are too small. If we need to order or make something specific for you then we will advise you of the minimums ay that time. Please call or e-mail us with your requests and we will help get you the information that you need.

Q. How are buttons measured?

A. Most countries measure by line size while a few countries measure in millimeters. The normal size on the sleeve of a men’s jacket is 24L=15mm=5/8”. Please click here to view a full chart of all sizes.

Q. What is the lead-time for your buttons?

A. There is no standard lead-time for buttons as there are many variables that determine the lead-time of a particular order, particularly the material and timing of the order. As a rule of thumb 4-6 weeks will be sufficient but we will confirm all lead-times after we receive your order.

Q. Can we customize your buttons with our name on it?

A. We can customize buttons and accessories with your specific name or design on all the materials that we carry in our line. Laser technology has become so advanced that it makes it very easy to laser names and designs on buttons. The laser machine has different effects on different materials so depending on what material you choose will determine how your logo/design will look. You can look at custom section of our products page to get an idea of what is available. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we will help you determine which material might be best for you.

Q. Can you ship to our locations around the world?

A. We can ship anywhere in the world as long as a freight forwarder can get it there. We have a full export department set-up to handle these type of orders. It is not a problem for us to ship form any of our factories around the world to your factory, no matter where it is located. If you would like this service, upon placement of your order please give us your factories information and we will ship it directly there.
